Woke up this morning with stomach cramping had diarrhea then pain left but hrs later felt same pain more severe but couldn't go to bathroom felt faint?

Diarrhea pain: May be gastroenteritis either viral, or bacterial ( camphylobacter is most common). Likely dehydrated, t Drink today 3-3.5 liters water /gatorade, avoid milk products or solids. Tommorrow if better ,white rice, toast, if persists> 24 hours,, have > 5 BM/day, bloody BM, not passing gas increased bloating, constant pain go to ER . if pain in Right lower side go to ER now maybe appendix.
