Your question?: Amtas M25 contains amlodipine & metoprolol and CoCor am 2.5 contains amlodipine and bisoprolol. Both are a combination of a calcium channel blocker & a beta blocker and both can treat high blood pressure, angina and palpitations. I'm not not sure why your doctor has prescribed BOTH to you. If your palpitations continue or if you experience side effects, please see your doctor again.
