Side effects?: The primary effect of Cabergoline is to block the secretion of prolactin from the pituitary gland. Its secondary effect is to decrease the symptoms of elevated prolactin levels such as galactorrhea (milk secretion from the breasts). It has many side effects, most just uncomfortable, some serious. Talk to your doctor if you have problems that might be caused by Cabergoline.
