Not yet: My first concern is celiac sprue / gluten enteropathy. If this isn't the case, still get a proper workup, including checks for Whipple's, Crohn's, others. Your physician knows how to handle this. Cancer is very unlikely; other serious disease could well be present.

Very unlikely: These would not be symptoms of stomach cancer, and at age 18 it would be extremely unlikely. If these symptoms continue you should see a physician for work up. Celiac disease is one possibility.
