Need eval: Sorry but for skin issues we really need to see them, feel them and possibly biopsy them in order to make an appropriate diagnosis and prescribe proper treatment. This could by many things and unable to help you online with this issue. Need to see doctor for evaluation. Sorry this is not more helpful. Best of luck. Dr R
