I have form of mds-refractory anemia. let's get into that later. have extreme drug reactions when using a new drug-siezures difficulty breathing etc. dr want to do pristiq/imitrex istead of pristiq/fiorocet. i'm scared of severe reaction (always low hct)

Drug reaction: Refractory anemia has no impact on your question. the medications you mention usually used for migraine..any medications in the world have side effects to small percentage of the patients and the majority usually benefit from the medications. if you are afraid of the side effects, you may not be able to use any medications at all
