Angina: Until proven otherwise. In the above mentioned circumstances your symptoms should be treated seriously. I see that you already had a heart cath and I wonder what the results are. Other possibilities are arrhythmias or exercise induced asthma, among others. Definitely worth discussing your symptoms with your cardiologist.
