No: No if it is true allergy you can not take aleve, (naproxen)as it belongs to the group of Non Stroidals .You did not describe the symptoms of the allergic reaction.anyway consult your doctor and discuss what kind of allergic symptoms you had to establish your allergy to Advil You also can not take Aspirin if you have true allergy to Advil
