Dizziness and lymphs: What is it that makes you feel dizzy? Standing? turning your head from side to side? Is it better when your eyes are closed? Is your hearing affected? The blood count number may not refer to anything, although this can also indicate a viral infection. Were there any other abnormalities? In particular, what was the total white blood cell count? Normally for lymphs 3.0 is the high, it varies
