Long lasting headach: A migraine or a tension headache can last this long. There are a couple other causes too. Migraine headaches tend to be associated with light sensitivity and nausea. Tension headaches normally are not. There are certain preventive treatments and lifestyle modifications that can help reduce the frequency of these long lasting headaches. Consider the term "headache preventer".
