There are many: pieces to the health and mental health puzzles of life. I see that you are working with some by looking at your history. Consider speaking w/a friend, relative, or prudent spiritual leader about your view of life. If a mental health professional who does psychotherapy is available, please see him or her also. Life can be unjust but if we work toward making it better it can hold much meaning.

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy?
