My lingual tonsil is inflamed and looks like a pimple. should i pop it? if not how can i get rid of this?

Don't touch it: Even if it looks "like a pimple," tonsils are structurally different tissue and should not be instrumented except by a professional. That said, if you have associated symptoms such as sore throat, fever, etc., you should be seen promptly. It may be as simple as a viral infection, or worse, strep, or worse--an abscess. You may need antibiotics or surgical drainage. Go see your doc!
