Pimple in mouth: A pustule in the mouth will express yellow fluid when disturbed. But, if this looks like a clear bubble, that is something different. This is A mucocele. It is a crushed minor salivary gland that can not release its fluid into the mouth. The fluid backs up and the tissue ballons out. Eventually this breaks and heals or may start all over again. If it becomes larger than a pea have a DDS/DMD check
