Sinus pressure: The symptoms are suggestive of sinus pressure (chonic rhinosinusitis that could have causes related to structural problem, allergy, nasal irritant exposure, sensitivity to weather change, etc) exacerbated by gustatory rhinitis (hypersensitivity to usually spicy foods that worsens congestion and drainage). An Allergist or ENT can help to treat both the underlying and exacerbating problems
