Eating fruit is good: for you. Many people do not get enough fruit in their diet. You should eat 4-5 servings of fruit daily. It is easy to carry a banana or apple with you and have one or two for snacks during the day as well as eating fruit with your meals. Every time you eat fruit you are getting important nutrients that your body will benefit from.
