A few options.: Consider NSAIDs as main treatment option for OA pain. Also things like steroid injections can be used. You can consider Synvisc/Orthovisc/Euflexxa injections as well. Lastly there are some newer procedures like platelet therapy injections or stem cell injections that can be helpful although these are not covered by insurance yet.
