More than likely: if you have had two positive pregnancy tests. Home pregnancy tests tend to be accurate and reliable. You should be taking vitamins with Folic Acid for prevention of birth defects. Schedule an appointment to begin prenatal care as soon as possible. If your pain is significant you should be seen immediately to determine the cause. Good luck and congratulations!
