Depends: Sometimes women with endometriosis have a more difficult time conceiving than those that do not. This is do to scar tissue and inflammation from the endometriosis. You may want to consider talking to your doctor about how extensive your endometriosis was and if they have any concerns about risks for infertility. If you have been trying unsuccessfully they may also recommend some initial testing.

Endo and Fertility: Endometriosis is associated with infertility but it does not mean you cannot become pregnant on your own. Endometriosis comes in several forms, minimal to severe. The more endometriosis the more likely for problems. Minimal to mild disease may have a minor impact on fertility. You should monitor to ovulation and time sex. If not pregnant in 6-12 mo based on age then see a fertility specialist.
