How difficult is it to conceive with endometriosis?

It depends: Conception with endometriosis is not stage dependent. In other words, some patients with stage I disease may have as much difficulty conceiving as someone with severe stage IV disease. The location of the endometriosis implants can have a bearing on conception as well. Spontaneous ovulation is often impacted and in severe disease tubal occlusion due to adhesions.
