Search online!: There are many links available online to websites that list amount of vitamin K in common foods. Just type your question in most browsers. Or check out http://www.coumadin.com/pdf/Foods_With_VitaminK.pdf, http://nutritiondata.self.com/foods-000104000000000000000-1.html & http://ods.od.nih.gov/pubs/factsheets/coumadin1.pdf for starters. Best to eat same amount daily if you're taking Warfarin.
