Hello i have been having overactive bladder problems for 1 year now, i tried kegel exercises, changing my diet, and reducing liquids, none of it seems to work for me, it's ruining my sleep??

Ask Dr: Your doctor can prescribe medications once you explain your efforts. Even if they are not successful, there are other possibilities. Botox and embedded stimulus devices exist. They're more invasive, risky and expensive but sometimes help when simpler treatments have not.
