I am on diazepam since 1979 for g a d.why if i miss a dose,i gey nagging jittery feeling in my head. thanks?

1979!: Warning you against long-term use is pointless. But it is NOT recommended. Discuss w/ Dr for why. Your immediate w/drawal reaction might be nocebo - fear reaction. In any case, consider adding CBT therapy to optimize benefits. Do not increase dose or freq!
