A member asked:

Is cramping pain in the arch of your foot that keeps coming and going ever life threatening like a clot or anything? or is it just un comfortable?

Likely just : Cramp....if it was a clot which is not common in the arch you would very pinpoint pain directly at the spot of the clot. It is likely a cramp or plantar fascitiis.

Cramping: It is possible to develop blood clots in the veins of your feet. Blockages of the arteries can also occur which can lead to cramping. Cramping can also be a sign of over exception of a muscle or muscle group in the foot.
