Check your BMI: Just check your body mass index (BMI). Do a web search for a calculator. Based on your height then you will no what range your weight should be in. This does not depend on age but height. Any regular exercise that makes you breathe hard for 20-30 minutes several times each week will help keep you fit and your weight under control. This includes aerobics classes, running, biking, or swimming.
