See oral surgeon: Probably not related, or swelling secondary to tooth not involving parotid. See oral surgeon for correlation.

Diagnosis: This needs to be seen and evaluated in person. Having said that, how do you know it's your Parotid gland that is swollen? The area might be swollen from a hemotoma\swelling related to the injection or surgical removal of the tooth, an infection or something totally unrelated. Any pain? is the swelling subsiding or getting worse? Go back to the surgeon who treated you.
