Shoulder strain: You may be injuring the ligaments that keep your shoulder in place and healthy. I would give your shoulder some rest and see if it recurs once beginning exercises again. I would get help from a trainer to make sure your technique is appropriate in your exercises and if this fails i would recommend seeing an orthopedist for an evaluation. Good luck!
