What do you advise if i had tendonitis in my elbow i got an mri i didn't tear anything and it was fine i rested 3 months but it still?

See details: An exercise program can be helpful. If it persists a local cortisone injection may resolve the problem. If all else fails, surgical almost always resolves the issue.
