Common but check: It is common in early pregnancy to have cramps. When associated with bleeding pregnancy loss may happen as much as 50% of the time. While it is common it is best to get it checked. It is most likely just the process of growing and stretching that caused the cramping from impact on the bladder and bowel. But it may signify an early pregnancy threatened abortion.
