Take a test: If you're worried you may be pregnant, consider taking a home pregnancy test. They are fast and accurate and will ease your mind to find out if you are pregnant or not. Cramping does usually proceed period. 600-800mg of Ibuprofen can help with cramping if you are in pain. Good luck.
