A member asked:

What are the associated dangers of raw dairy products, if any?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

There is a reason: milk is pasteurized and that is to reduce the chance of food born diseases passed from the dirt and feces that are common on the teats of cows to us. Chances are small, but I for one prefer my dairy without E. coli and Listeria thank you.
