Hydradenitis: You may have a condition called suppurative hydradenitis. This may need to be examined and an official diagnosis. Can be treated with drainage, abx and/steroids.

Hidradenitis suppura: you may have a condition called hidradenitis suppurativa. It is most common on the underarms and groin. It affects the apocrine glands. Conservative early treatment involves Using ordinary soaps and antiseptic and antiperspirants. More severe or refractory cases may need surgical treatment
