Ptosis: I presume you are referring to the asymmetric height of the eyelids. When not symmetric & one droops more then the other, its called ptosis. It's possible to have one push out too far compared to the other and this is termed proptosis. There is also phimosis, which is abnormally narrowed opening. Different causes for these are best to have an eyemd evaluate to disclose the underlying cause.
