Hypothyroidism: Hypothyroidism is probably the reason of your missing period. When you become normothyroid your periods will become regular.

Low thyroid Function, Hypothyroidism can cause dysfunction of mensuration/ fertility/ or pregnancy in a woman. Important to continue with the thyroid medication as directed and when pregnancy occurs have the TSH level monitored periodically
