Relative dosages : The number of milligrams of a particular medication is meaningless without knowing its relative strength compared to other similar medications. In this case, 0.25 mg. of Klonopin (clonazepam) = 5 mg of Valium, 0.5 = 10 mg of Valium, which would put most people out. More importantly, are you in psychotherapy? For many types of anxiety, exposure-based therapies are extremely effective.
