do i have problems with my ear i get ear infections a lot and sometimes the hum or ring slightly and they really hurt?

Mgt: I would advise a consultation with ENT. You may need ear tubes. In the meantime, avoid getting water in the ear canal. If you have recurrent sinus infections this can also predispose to ear infections. A hearing test may also be performed by your ENT specialist.
