Clicking on exhale: Clicking lots of times occurs when cartilage si irritated or stiff, and when we exhale air goes through the larynx,m that is how we speak . Since you just got over sinusitis, there was /is a lot of post nasal drip into the larynx and it could have irritated the larynx causing the now present click. May take a few weeks to resolve .Follow up with ENT they can look into the larynx/ takes aminute

Having flu-like symptoms for more than 3 weeks. Severe sinus, body pain not to severe, throat gets better then, coughing not severe, past 2 days a mild pain on my right side almost feels under my ribs also have a mild burning feeling in my chest?
