Orthopedic/Pediatric: See the Pediatric Orthopedic surgeon for this one. It is the larger of the 2 lower arm bones which runs along the part of the arm from the elbow to the pinky finger. If a fall, she might land on this if elbows are bent. Also known to fracture with "forearm fights", as a defensive move would expose it. Check with the specialists .

It is possible: An ulna fracture is an injury to one of the bones in the forearm due to the injury or trauma.
