Boil or molluscullum popped, now draining. if it was molluscullum, would there be drainage? it is not spreading from inner thigh.

No: molluscum lesions tend to have soft rubbery material or cottage cheese like material inside them. Not liquid. Liquid suggests a blister or cyst. These lesions need to be seen and felt in person and occasionally biopsied in order to make a diagnosis. Many possible causes for these types of lesions. Best to see your doctor for evaluation.
