Many things: Could be a number of things. First, are you well hydrated. Second, are you at risk for UTI -- past history, etc. Also, if you have been having much more sex than usual closely spaced, you might just have a UTI or cystitis. Push fluids heavily foe the next few days. See your MD if it does not improve in the next day or two. If UTI, you want to catch it quickly. Good Luck.

Hydrate: are you sexually active and with more than one partner,or you practice unsafe sex, then worry about STD. if you are not,hen drink a lot of water, no sodas, or pops, or energy drink, minimize caffeine, and drink jiuces like cranberry juice, and again a lot of water,6-8 bottle a day. if you start having fever, or noticed blood,or smell or cloudiness in the urine, see a doctor. always practice safe sex

See your PCP: for consultation, tests and treatment options. Regardless, a UTI that is left alone too long can become a kidney infection. See your PCP.

UTI or STD: Need to get a urinalysis to rule out UTI which, if present, should be treated. Also discuss with your primary health care provider if there is any chance you might have an STD which would require treatment. Good Luck
