Creams limited.: There and dozens of creams available that make all sorts of claims but the bare truth is that their benefits are very limited. You need to care for your skin by cleansing, defoliation and moisturizing. Sun protection is essential and you need to see that you are healthy and eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Some sagging is a normal fact of life and creams will not stop it.
