This could be an: allergic reaction,but,dry skin can also be itchy.Any kind of itchiness is made worse by a hot shower.luke warm is less irritating and is also much less drying to the skin.Moisturize,moisturizer,moisturizer.Sorta like chicken soup...it couldn't hurt.
