CS/LS ARTHRITIS : Since you have had severe issues with lumbar disc disease, the likelihood is high that cervical disc disease is involved too. You need MRI OF CS and LS. EMG OF UPPER AND LOWER EXTREMITIES. Neuro and PMR consult. Also you would benefit from lyrica (pregabalin) or gabapentin at bedtime. I recommend a gluten free diet. And PT evaluation
