Naproxen: If this is really a migraine headache maybe Naproxen will not be sufficient to get some relief. At the same time, if this headache is related to intolerance to the Concerta, it would be a good idea to ask your doctor and check if you need a dose adjustment or an alternate medication. In the meantime, there is no problem to try Naproxen.

It is safe: There is no drug interactions between Concerta and Naproxen. Migraines are often misdiagnosed and frequently poorly managed. Your physician may determine that you need a prescription-strength medication to augment your migraine treatment plan. See your PCP.

Stop concerta: Concerta can cause headaches. Before taking more medication, ask your prescriber to prescribe an alternative to Concerta such as Adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) Provigil or Nuvigil.
