Technically, yes: Aleve (naproxen) contains naprosen, and excedrin contains acetominiphen, two different classes of pain relievers. However, it often takes at least an hour for these meds to work. you should wait for at least an hour to take the second one. If this doesn't help, consider going to your local ER for treatment.

Don't do routinely: I wouldn't do it routinely. Hard on the stomach and can cause GI bleeding. Your physician can prescribe better meds for the pain. I'd contact him/her.
