Reassuring, but...: A negative test at 25 days is reassuring but not conclusive. If it was a third generation antibody-only test, probably around 80% reliable; ~95% for a 4th generation or "combo" test (antibody plus p24 antigen). Results will be conclusive at 6-8 weeks for antibody only, or at 4 weeks for combo test. Discuss details with your doctor or clinic.
