PID? Appendicitis?: Any unexplained pelvic or abdominal pain needs professional examination. If severe, or if fever or nausea, do it immediately; if your own doctor (or someone covering) can't see you today, go to urgent care or an ER. Many possible causes, including PID, a complication of STDs; appendicitis; others. Negative home test for urinary tract infection doesn't mean anything; this doesn't sound like UTI.
