Yes. Get tested.: Most people with HIV have no symptoms for several years. Gonorrhea and chlamydia usually cause obvious symptoms and always cleared by immune system within a year. Syphilis and herpes can be present for years without symptoms. HPV too, but there are no tests for it in males. Testing is the only way to know for sure. Routine STD testing usually is only for gon, chl, HIV and syphilis.
