May be tumor: rash over eyebrow that causes area of swelling and rt. swollen lymph nodes may be related to an underlying malignancy. The area over the eye should be biopsied and if proven malignant needs excision plus nodes which are probably preauricular and in the rt. parotid. If tumor, sites should be resected and followed thru with RT. If inflammatory than appropriate antiiotics needed.
