Needs to be checked: You probably have a viral gastroenteritis causing your symptoms .Consilt your doctor to confirm if you have it . Meanwhile make sure you drink plenty fluids to prevent dehydration . But if also vomiting and not able to retain fluids go to ER with your parents as you are a minor
