STD? PID?: How do you know you have no infection? You can't tell without professional examination and testing, and yellow discharge often means infection. With discharge, pelvic pain, and nausea, I'm worried you have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), usually due to STD, e.g. gonorrhea or chlamydia. This needs to be evaluated ASAP; see your doctor soon, or maybe an NHS GUM clinic for expert care. Good luck!
